Timegate Instruments, who make time-gated Raman spectroscopy instruments, has raised funding of 2.6 M€ for product and business development. Funding consists of stakes by venture capital investor Lifeline Ventures Fund Management Ltd, private investor Mr Hannu Turunen and Business Finland.
Timegate Instruments Ltd was established in 2014 and grew from the Optical Measurement Systems unit at VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland and the Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering at the University of Oulu.
